It's really amazing that companies like this, with little to non business can't even manage to file their quarterly reports on time!!!

Those so called CEOs are sitting on their lazy asses for three months doing what???

Exactly.... NOTHING!!!

And on top of that they delay the little they have to do until the very last moment on a regular basis!

And when they finally do it the quality of their work is so bad that they have to file one ammendment after the other!!!

LAZY BASTARDS is all I can say!!!!
