On Nov 7th "tweedking" posted an interesting link to a company named "Pyletech", with no further explanation. That post was pretty much ignored, at least publicly, by the board but it had many interesting facts. The company is a multi-industry private company involved in shipping, energy, real estate... and also seems to be interested in greenhouse gas reduction. More interestingly, it has already invested in Delfin! ( as stated on their website) and also has quite a few greek names associated with it! One is Geroge Livanos! Another one (on advisory board) is Theophilos Priovolos, very well known name in shipping !! The investment of Pyletech in Delfin is no speculation! ( assuming the website for Pyletech is providing accurate information!!! which I have no reason to doubt). The impact of these facts on the price of TGLO IS speculation.
Meanwhile speaking of speculation and the prediction that we might get some good news on the anniversary of TGLO IPO, which did not pan out. If we do want to speculate just for fun, I would speculate on Dec 30th, the date that Delfin officially took over TGLO! That date is much more meaningful, at least for me. Meanwhile good luck to both shorts and longs. But again the way this story is shaping, I think shorting this ticker is not very wise! But of course that is just my opinion, and hopefully I'm right! and it (the merger/FID) actually happens even sooner than Dec 30th!
