Gotcha. I believe technical analysis has to be considered. However in the Micro Caps it can be interesting. For Instance the News that pushed this Below $2 to $.45 in 2 weeks was corrected a couple weeks ago, after 5 months of uncertainty. And yet Current price remains well below 1/2 of that after 2 weeks and Confirmation by FDA. So Technically ICU should Churn to $2 and with Continued positive News progress above on continued updates through 2024. Just an opinion.
