A couple of other things keep me here. The first one is that the company always makes forward progress. Yes, they dilute like crazy like almost all OTC companies but most OTC companies never do jack$hit! There guys at least get things done. And at some point in the future, when I believe they'll can scale their revenues dramatically, because of many microbrewery franchises or the Phase II regional brewery, then they simply won't need to rely on any type of dilution.

The other thing that keeps me going besides their hard work, is that do have a vision to scale to more than just a single tap room microbrewery business. The fact that they even hired professionals to create their site plan for the Phase II brewery shows they've been thinking about becoming a large business someday. And when their sister company is making that slick piece of transfer equipment that gets sold to larger brewers, they must think about efficiencies of scale as they grow.

But it's not just that. I hear plenty of griping about top management taking $250,000 in annual salary along the way. For the amount of work they've done to reach where they are, that sounds quite fair, especially in California. And for Jef or Bennett, who likely have competitive eyes on Sierra Nevada Brewing as a roll model, their $250,000 annual salary would seem like a pittance compared to where they see it could be if they grew into a large regional brewery someday.

The owner of Sierra Nevada is raking in the cash! I'll bet Jef and Bennett would love to grow BRBL to where they could make $2.5 million per year in salary. They show the signs of very motivated, hard-working individuals and we're just early in the game here. Give it a year or so and I bet we see them break ground on that Phase II brewery. Lots of people in Grass Valley would benefit from a large brewery in the region and I think the odds of it happening are quite strong.

I'm just not looking for a short term spike in the stock price; I'm gambling that this company will become a beast of a company someday, raking in tens of millions in annual revenue, eventually rewarding shareholders as well.
