"Someone" is the desperate clueless shareholders who are trapped in their worthless investment. The "management" sold more shares to raise cash...that's where the money is coming from and "management" is raking it in. VCSY has no real "technhology" that's worth anything. Tell me where any revenue is going to come from. Now Solutions was bringing in $4M, down from $8M when Wade bought it as his cash cow. It's hilarious that 99% of "investors" in VCSY don't know a thing about technology. Jedi is one of them who's admitted it. A couple technobabble and cut-n-paste stuff they read.
