IMHO it's a Commitment and Control Move and the Combined Share Buy-Back Plan of Up-To 12 Million Dollars will have a Tremendous Impact on the Share Structure! AABBs CEO Mr. Chris Torres has the Majority of the Preferred Shares, that's Positive Control! What their Next Move is will be Interesting and Answer some Important Questions IMO! :)
