DGJR ... BOD CONTROL & Investor Confidence to mention a couple of reasons and to Point Out the Obvious! We have Cash, so a 2 Million Dollar Injection for Projects Enhancements is Great News, but it just feels like there is another Part of this Strategy/Plan in Place by Management with their Preferred and the Remaining Preferred Shares Still Available! I am trying to see if there is a way to Reduce the OS Utilizing the Control of Preferred Shares, Outstanding Share Retirement Before a Major Exchange Up-Listing and How to get there without an RS? This does not answer my Questions, but it's a Curious Development at this Juncture besides Managements/BODs Commitment IMHO!
