Once again, you will be wrong. If anything good had happened during the reporting period (Jun-Sep 2023) you can be sure Leo would have PR'd it and also issued an 8K.

My guess is that it relates to either difficulties reporting the balance sheet value of the BeaMed "investment" (in reality, from the perspective of IPIX shareholders, zero) or a Form 15 filing to go dark.
