Excerpts from earnings call transcripts on Georgia below. Note that I believe that there is either a typo or Andy misspoke. I believe Andy meant to say that they tested one of eight elements, and it took 24 hours. That was on the day of Q3 2023 Earnings Call which was on Nov 09, 2023, 4:30 p.m. ET. So they had seven elements to go, Andy said that he expects the remaining element to take longer, unless he misspoke again and meant the opposite. Nevertheless, assuming 24 hrs per element, seven days from Nov 9, means they complete this final step by November 16,17, or by this Friday. so maybe Georgia online by Monday November 20. Let's pray.

So, let me take the Georgia question, and then I'll let Paul deal with all the financial questions. So, we when we look at Georgia, we're at the final steps of drying the cold bark liquefier out. And you have to dry it out to bring it down. So, we heat the whole liquefier up to 400, 450 degrees and essentially dry it out to ensure that when you start running at 25 degrees, Kelvin, which is almost absolute zero, you don't have anything in the liquefier that would impede its performance.

There are eight kind of elements that need to be dried out. And so, last night, we dried out the first eight, which took only 24 hours. I don't expect the others to go as rapidly. But that's really kind of making sure that liquefier is completely dry before we turn it on is one of the risks.

The liquefier has been tested before it's left the supplier, but there is always a big difference bringing up in the field. There's a lot of confidence it will come up cleanly. But that's probably where the risks reside. So, that's how I think about it.
