Reason: The Company is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023 within the time prescribed without unreasonable effort and expense, due to complex questions regarding revenue recognition in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

So bad news: late filing = frowned upon and possibly sign of management not doing what they should be doing.
Good news: they're not filing as they don't know how to recognize revenue correctly. That means there is revenue!

If it dumps on the news it will probably be the best risk/reward buy moment for this stock.
