Imagine a company tweet saying $MONI We would like to welcome Scott Harmolin to the Board of Directors of MONI,

Imagine that same "director" NOT BEING LISTED IN THE THIRD QUARTER 10-Q even though officers and DIRECTORS are required to be listed THROUGH THE END OF THAT QUARTER.

Tweet was done on September 20 so Scott would have been a "director" before that and before the end of the reporting period.

Care to discuss this issue or would you rather worry about how long someone has been DEAD ON ACCURATE FOR TEN YEARS? LOL
