For some... I only wish I could see their faces when the monkey wrenches hit them on the head... For others, I just feel a little sorry for them. That's my opinion.
Did I hear right that virnetx just had their half billion award reversed? How long has that deal been going on?...... 11 or 12 yrs now? Guaranteed the litigations with vplm will be going on for longer that that and the shareholders will likely never see anything but a big loss. Approx 3 and a half yrs ago, I posted here that this will go on for another 10 yrs. Ea year I have reiterated it as another year goes by. Most recently I said it would be yet about 6.5 more yrs. I should say that's a very conservative prediction. In all likelihood and all things considered, it will go on much longer than that. I know some of the core patents will expire before that time frame but that shouldn't matter so long as the litigation starting points precede the expiration dates. Not a scintilla of doubt in my mind the trials and appeals will go on seemingly forever, unless of course, the SEC steps in and put a stop to this or when the insiders have sold all the shares they have to sell, then vplm files BK.
As far as the latest greatest promise of ship coming in or at least starting to, this February, and a real serious rise in price occurs, commensurate with all the billions and billions and more billions the company has touted for damages, et al, I don't see it happening for all the reasons I previously have delineated. And for the same set of reasons, I expect more monkey wrenches come 2/14 or sooner. And blame lord Emu of eGIPPed, for perpetration of so much consternation, frustration, confusion and general tumult, by purposely failing once again in his fiduciary duty to keep the shareholders informed. He and wifey have shown an awful lot of disrespect to the shareholders. Same as saying FU to their major concerns.
