I have explained to you umpteen times how this works and you seem incapable of grasping it. So let’s go once more shall we…

1) a defendant normally has 21 days to respond to a claim. In most cases an extension is asked for and granted. I said that was likely in this case given its length and the amount of bullshit in the claim.

What happened? The defendants asked for an extension and were granted one (until Nov 20 or so if I recall correctly.

2) I said a motion to dismiss would not come until a response is presented and is usually included at the end of the response filing with the Court.

3) the defendants have not yet filed their response and therefore the judge has nothing in front of him to rule on, therefore he hasn’t ruled on anything. There is nothing else to read into it.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
