They all say these paragraphs by law to inform the shareholders of company status at present filings, we just see it more because there still a startup company and there all a POS until they bring in sustainable revenues. Sadly with BRBL and other OTC sub penny stocks selling shares is the way to continue operations. We either need that hospitality contract which I believe is long gone, or a buyout which I believe with there revenues shows there's not really a lot of craft beer drinkers out there, or the beers not really that good, JMO.
