You are correct, LocWolf, however, if this was a retail sell, the chances are very high that the seller incurred a loss. But, the seller could have been an heir of the shareholder. This sell could have been part of an estate liquidation following the death of a shareholder. After all, many long term HDVY shareholders are well into their 80s by now.
