He speaks out of both sides of his mouth. First he lauds the great potential FCEL implying its a BUY or Hold.. Then he says he's flipped it several times and looks to flip it again.
This is one uncertain individual, unsure of his own beliefs.
I weouldn't pit a nickle on his understanding of investing.
I wonder what technical tools he uses to determine when to Buy and when to Sell.
Appears he has no technical skills in making his decisions.For one thing, FALLING WEDGES are only reliable AFTER a resitance point is broken through. Resistance now is $1.25 and no small base has been built from which that level can be achieved.
There is no sign of a WEDGE being formed. He may wait until hell freezes over before one forms..
