The PAID bashers' narrative that Mullen is a scam has failed to meet a minimum standard of credibility or honesty. Mullen has increased its assets from September. 29, 2021, of $17,170,00 to June 29, 2023, $560,000 000. Mullen owns 60% of Bollinger Automotive. Without debt, Mullen owns the Tunica, Mississippi, Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Center (AMEC), a 124,000-sq ft, with previously announced plans on Nov. 5 to build out another 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing space to support class 1 and class 2 EV cargo vans also the class 3 EV truck and the Mullen FIVE EV Crossover at AMEC. Without debt, Mullen owns the ELMS Mishawaka, Indiana, factory, ELMS asset acquisition of all IP and inventory. The Bollinger B1 and B2 will be built there, with 650,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. Mullen Technologies has announced the conversion of its plant in Monrovia, California, to manufacture Lithium-Sulfur batteries; they use the same manufacturing equipment as Lithium-Ion but with more uncomplicated steps and a smaller factory footprint, meaning less than half the manufacturing cost. On September 11, 2023, Mullen Automotive announced purchasing battery pack production assets from Romeo Power for approximately $3.5 million. The deal includes equipment, inventory, and intellectual property for high-volume EV battery pack and module production.

Mullen has received EPA and NHTSA certification for the Class 1 EV Cargo van and the Class 3 EV truck, making them street-legal. Mullen has received the manufacturing Tax Credit for the Class 1 EV Cargo van and Class 3 EV Truck. Mullen has been manufacturing the Class 1 EV cargo van and the Class 3 EV truck. The bashers use deception or falsehood as an act or statement that misleads, hides the truth, or promotes a belief, concept, or idea that is not true. It is done for personal gain or advantage. I-Glow does this in all his posts. Lying by omission, also known as a continuing misrepresentation or quote mining, occurs when an important fact is left out in order to foster a misconception. Even with all this evidence, the bashers will continue to claim Mullen is a scam for their gain and don't believe anything different. They are out for themselves, not for anybody on this board. Suppose Mullen received a Department of Energy loan or a large government contract. The bashers on this board would still be claiming Mullen is a fraud or scam because that's what they have been doing because it benefits them, and that is the truth. Anybody who is long Mullen and has been reading the post of the bashers will know precisely what I'm talking about.
