Buy the dips and sell half on the rips. Hold the rest for their marketing campaign to begin. Remember when she dipped to .028 and then ran to .99 the same day. That was because she has one of the lightest unrestricted share counts in the OTC and she still does. They have been protecting it for years. They set her up to trade in the multi dollar range once they roll everything out. We just have to wait for it.
