How is the S-1 going - I checked and it hasn't been filed.

Plus it has been 3 months since Sharp stated that he filed a Corporate Action with FINRA for a name and symbol change - it normally takes between 2 and 4 weeks so there is a problem.

You should load up on the cheapies. Keep buying since you believe everything Sharp says. That should work out really well.
