In other words, we're still waiting for final closing.

I am excited to let you know that we have signed the closing documents for our purchase of the 10 Port Tampa properties along with the 2 businesses that are included in our transaction!
There are some financial details still being worked out, and I am in contact with the seller’s representatives daily. The completion of the transfer of ownership will take place immediately upon the resolution of the open items
