....I know about the 'slow cooking' low temp technique, but there is a marinating recipe that is magic............combo of spices???......something else weird (I'll look it up)......OJ and non-alc beer.....................???............anyhoot..................and the stew meat approach worked really good, as well..................
....but BOBO..................couple of banking biz homies and I would meet pre-Rona at a high-end steak house............biz happy hour off camera, off phone pings, etc................prime rib strips..................with gin martinis and this odd vodka the homies liked ($400 bottle crap)..............F----ing good............
..........back to deer meat..........very good.............I may watch for some deer meat sales when I'm in the mid-west or online.....when the catches are great, and they are adding up to record counts.....................tons of boxed meat available..................cheap.............coops...???...............in Missouri...............
