Well, you cannot blame people for flipping. This stock is the perfect example of why to flip. I flipped 1000 shares 7 or 8 times. It's a great way to make money and minimize risk. Retail is not your problem. I firmly believe if Hil would do a scheduled 5% of FCF into a share buy back program, you would see a dramatic increase in PPS. Follow that up with a few Form 4s to ease the mind of the shareholders. Right now, I couldn't prove any board member owns a single share of this company. WHY?????
