Doc, we know Wade was/will be charged with crimes that should keep him locked up for the rest of his life. Unless he's got a "Get out of jail free" card that he can use, what good will his shares do for him? It's true there's a lot about his situation that we don't and may never know. How much good did he do for the company before he went bad? He must have known that VCSY would be silent for many years. He could have been planning to use those years to his advantage all along, knowing that it was probably going to be his end of life scenario. If he was the one that put the company in position to succeed, like it is now, we can thank him for that, but he also tried to tear it down, and only the great work by the current BOD prevented him from doing that. Unless this whole business with Wade was all an act, part of a plan to give the public a distraction while time passed waiting for future technology, and I don't see how that's possible, I don't really care what happens to him or his shares, as long as he pays what he owes.
