the only transactions I find from insiders are director Victor Stillwell who sold 1,540,000 share in 2005/06 at .45 and .48
no other insiders are listed as currenly hold shares. In these type stocks when taking a possition it is alwasy wise to check
to see which insiders hold what % of shares and are there any isntitutions. At this time I find none listed in either list.
Its easy to find I like to use Yahoo Finance they keep these little companies updated.
