Uh-oh .... same old thing probably, they are restricted from using much of the old data because it wasn't gathered according to the new regs .... this was all explained to me once, forgot the details .... three years or so ago, xcl put up a report on their website, it was there for quite a while, then poof gone, they got their knuckles rapped over it i think, by the exchange or whoever, don't know ..... i read the whole thing, it didn't look all that outrageous .... but you can't use old data period, that appears to be the rule

This sounds intriguing, wonder what it means exactly -
