Man, you are working hard to avoid the issues.
So, 1 million shares sold is $14,000. Of course I haven't a clue whoever is selling, what their cost basis is, but if it's not much to sell, then why bother?
If they believe news is coming shortly, why would you sell at all? Can't buy back for 31 days.
Who do you think would buy out the company and why? The company produces nothing.
But lets just talk about the sealed settlement they've already agreed to.....did they get any money?
If the answer is yes....where did it go?
if the answer is no.....why would they win the other cases then?
I do know the other side wasn't happy with some of the claims VPLM made. How did that go?
It's gonna be really tough getting any info from a company signing non disclosures, wouldn't you agree?
With no other revenue they can't exactly hide the money in their books.
I asked my buddy a corporate CPA and he has told me, the company is under no requirements to share any legal rewards with shareholders.
So, unless you are an insider of the company, I'm not sure what you're excited about?
