Don't make this too hard on yourself. The CEO stated that the patent is expected to be issued this month. It's expected that the company will have something to say about that and what it means going forward once it occurs. This is common sense. If you don't want to buy today that's fine, don't buy. What we don't need though is you perching here and responding to every comment with something about the RSI being overbought so you can kill the sentiment.
