Let me ask you. How can you explain why, if several analysts upgrade a stock that is selling for $3.50 to $10-$15, that the stock languishes within pennies of $3.60 with 50 -100 times normal volume ? The stock action only makes sense if few trust the numbers. It's as if, the stock is being automatically sold every time it goes much above $3.60. Hweb is one of the best stock pickers I've ever seen, and it seems he doesn't trust the numbers. Not to say he has to be right, but he usually is.
