....there you go again with your romance and medical and legal and tax advice, DOCTOR BLACKMAIL................yes, the LIBOR proceeds would be litigation monies/punitive damages..........or settlement proceeds.................but that money goes to the FDIC...............and the failed bank receiver............NOT DIRECTLY TO US....................

......there are steps and parties IN BETWEEN, bobbie....................whatever the FDIC tags the ultimate distribution is up to the FDIC...........and the FDIC also can combine, or keep separate, the holdco proceeds......................there is vague language in both the bank's charter and the FDIC policy guide (approved by the IRS) which gives the FDIC "latitude" and the authority position to determine the definition of the payouts....???............
