The thing is, this isn't outside the box. It is the box. Every CEO knows how to move the needle. Most of them choose to move their own needle and not worry about the shareholders. This is extremely common and has been happening with the start of the markets. The market was created on GREED. That's the entire point of the markets. It's a way for companies, brokers, Warren Buffett and CEOs to take money from the common people and put in their pockets. The ONLY reason Hil would care about the share price is his bonus, and his pride. No one wants to tell people my PPS is $3. I would put any CEO's name in that statement.
