Yuengling's Ice Cream Corp (YCRM)

Maybe just because I didn't loose any money, or just that I knew who was behind the ticker, or both.
(And for the Drive Bys that have shown up, I posted my thoughts along the way and traded accordingly. So I have no sour grapes, just disgust.)
I don't have the information that let's me know, who exactly is at fault, as far as the deal falling through.
One thing I do know, is that YCRM did not pump this deal. They filed the appropriate paperwork, as it moved along.
James on the other hand, who could have done the same, chose to create a profile and make posts that seemed to promote the idea that All is Well. And seemingly, for 2 days after he knew better???
Had YCRM done these filings and as usual, we had never heard from the prospective merger candidate, I think there wouldn't have been so many traders believe so thoroughly and completely that the deal was going through.
Wherever PJ goes, I hope the traders affected by this deal, share their experience with perspective traders of his next endeavor, as a word of caution.
