You swore under oath to Judge Susan Johnson in your Affidavit to support your expedited Motion to Cancel Shares that a merger was "pending." Those are your words. Not mine. Your tweet from your personal account this morning contradicts your Affidavit. And I have many screen shots of it.

Pursuant to your sworn Affidavit, the Motion was granted by Judge Johnson.

I am placing you on Notice that I am a Shareholder and an Attorney. Perjury in Nevada carries a punishment of up to 10 years in prison because your Affidavit became a governmental record when your attorneys filed it with the District Clerk of Clark County, Nevada. If you lied, that is now a Felony.

The shareholders are done with your games over 2 years now. You have injured so many shareholders. Based on my experience as a criminal defense attorney of many years, you are a sociopath.

What I am about to say is not a threat; it is a promise.

No one is above the Law. "[P]ending" means 30 days at most.

If you do not close this merger, I am going to Judge Johnson and the District Attorney of Clark County, Nevada and filing a criminal complaint against you for Aggravated Perjury. Your acts over the last 2 years are unconscionable. Remember you are a Public Figure. So it's game on in the Civil Arena too. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. And the pumpers for your stock will be included.
