So, you're saying someone else will make your argument for you. And apparently you can't be bothered with such trifles as defending your own argument with sources that you ultimately want everyone to believe. That's not very convincing or persuasive.
Further, you want to place a bet that if you can prove it, shareholders should accept "the outcome" (whatever that means). Quite ironic, as you now want to make an argumentative bet on margin (borrowing against the future possibility that you can even prove the 3K), in the hopes of winning an argument about an outcome.
But it's not about the outcome of BioAmber. This is about why you are here. And if it's not an open short position, it's likely far far worse, but nevertheless financially motivated. As always, you and others do have the right to remain silent.
