Four million shares just added to the O/S. I would imagine off loading is coming on some type of news. Only a filed audit will get the shares to be sold a better than current ticker price. imho BMXI has no cash in the bank. Just an empty ticker symbol without cash flow. Will watch and wait to see what happens. Might be able to turn a quick buck. Will see! imho

To me the stock is worth more than the current price, yet the CEO running the company does not seem to know how to get the ticker price up and must not be a good negotiator. CEO sure is motivated to borrow money and sell shares, with nothing to date to show for his efforts. imho
