Another surprise waiting for shareholders is the increase in outstanding shares. Many of the examples I have read here use three billion as the total outstanding shares when in reality when it is all said in done it will be closer to five billion. Why? Because Emil has made commitments to many people that have helped him with this endeavor over the years, consultants, engineers et al. Of course this is not disclosed anywhere in keeping with the lack of transparency theme. Did you ever wonder who has been working on various Vplm projects behind the scenes? How many shares did the individuals working on the India patents receive for their work, for example. If such a list existed, it would be nice to see how many shares each individual received and what was their contribution. In real transparent companies this information would be readily available. the prophet
