That's why I suspect the investors will come from inside China, and have already been "booked". The general populace there, unlike the US, have limited avenues for investment. They'll pay any price to get $$$ out of China for their future generations. Okay, maybe not any price, just a $1 per share is all we're asking. Still a bargain.
