Today George Sharp violated 15 U.S. Code § 78i (2) by using social media (from his personal account on Twitter) to depress the share price of $GVSI. I am reporting him to the DOJ and SEC. In releasing that tweet before the Market opened, Sharp knew that his Tweet was likely to depress the share price. Please read 15 U.S. Code § 78i (2). In addition, Sharp committed perjury in the Nevada Court when he swore under oath that an acquisition of an asset for the company was pending in order to get an expedited hearing granted by the trial court Judge for his Motion to Cancel Shares. I am also reporting Sharp to the District Attorney to answer to said charges.

Sharp is no different from Zalmy or Moonmarket_. Sharp must be held accountable.

I know you are reading this post, Mr. Sharp. I know your attorneys are reading it too. Shame on you for violating the Law. Welcome to Zack Morris and the Dirty 7...2.0...you earned it.
