The recent increase in trading volume is actually toxic to overall investor objectives. There are a handful of day traders that are conveniently buying up millions of .00003 shares (which by the way, is only a couple of thousand dollars in exposure) and if they are Lucky, gobbling up millions of .00002 shares and in most cases, same day trading out at .00004 for a quick profit. Not a bad play, but certainly not something that an average investor should be doing. It’s too risky for most. The sad truth is that this kind of reckless trading does absolutely nothing for the long holders. The bottom line is that millions of shares trading hands in one day will have no impact on the future of this company whatsoever. Moreover, and you can call me out on this: I am of the opinion that by year end, this company will either go chapter 11, or go private. Both, leaving the longs luffing like a sail in the wind.
Mark my words - John (Meatball) Matthews and Kathryn (Pinocchio) Weisbeck have no intention of ever applying for Federal election status. They know full well that their crooked cooked books could never stand up to government scrutiny. It would lead to a rapid demise, thereby ruining the sweet setup they have now. Profits are lining their pockets, so why upset the apple cart, to appease the investors? Let’s get real. That ain’t happening people.
