.....the FDIC is mean-spirited and vindictive and will make business life difficult (or impossible).........FOREVER................powerful AHs............they are idiots and very, very weak, imo, in legal settings or in formal court proceedings..........the FDIC's in-house lawyers, other than JoJo, are almost all female from average, to below-average law schools...........................
