I agree, he, as of the last quarter, is not paying off his creditors, he is not paying property taxes, is diluting shares, I can go on. I believe that is enough for an SEC investigation into Bill, his fuzzy math and disappearing profits.
As I posted before, winning and losing, stocks are a gamble. But fraud is fraud and Bill is thumbing his nose at shareholders. If it is what it appears to be, he will be spending all "his" money on attorneys and then paying bubba his cell mate for protection. Having spent some time learning, you are the hunter or the prey. The prey get bled out of cash and then shared amongst the hunters, kind of like Ned Beatty
