That is a ridiculous defense of Sharp - why would the CEO of a PubCo care about weak or strong hands.

I am amazed at what is posted to defend Sharp.

Why don't you explain what weak hands have to do with a merger.

Sophisticated investors never get married to a stock/CEO and they always cut their losses. They aren't foolish enough to sit and watch their investment disappear.
