The lawsuit is simply an attempt, much like the buyback, to divert attention from, or give his believers a way to not blame him for the dilution.

And I challenge you to find a single Nasdaq stock that has diluted its OS by 265,000% inside of two years.

Even by OTC standards that is ridiculous.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
