...serious business = those Sonterra cross appeals.........which is OUR CASE..........decisions expected at any moment......????............generally, with cases like this, at the federal level and involving some connection to a gov't agency...............DECISIONS ARE UPHELD......sometimes, remanded...........and unless a huge REVERSAL, which is very, very rare..............same ruling stands.....................a little worried, because the BIG UBS appeal of the main suit..........is what is holding up the direct filing..................
....whatever, no reason to be jumpy..................if UBS wins, our case is over...............imo...............which ain't all bad...........we close, take the low-ball and move on....
....and UBS is settling with the city of Baltimore........????.........and a few class members are agreeing to the secret settlement.......those 'by-pass' suits are all money driven............I mean, what's the city of Baltimore NOT GOING TO AGREE TO.............even like $10mm, or even $40mm is peanuts to UBS and wonderful to a struggling city..............
...........OUR SUIT is BIG BOY MONEY..............starts with a "B" as in BLACKMAIL BANJO BOB...............BILLIONS..........BILLIONS......at least two.....UBS still has to pay for the damages caused from manipulating the LIBOR index and basically conspiring to DEFRAUD all.....all......worldwide debt instruments over a 3-5 year period, estimated.....................TRILLIONS with a "T"............................no worries.............glad the UWBI sewer rats got thrown into that cesspool.....WTF....???....might pay off.............we can't lose and we are playing this game with house money.....................
