You just caught hankey in a lie.

The MSA page that was filed by Amarex as a response to CYDY’s lawsuit over the data wasn’t signed. The MSA has both NP’s and KK’s name, but no signature. I’m looking at it as I type this.

Additionally, the MSA isn’t dated properly. The first sentence says, “THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on this XXth day of XXX, 2014 ("Effective Date")”.

To sum it all up, looks like there is no valid enforceable MSA between Amarex and Cytodyn.
