Optic had a deal with WeShield to buy it for 70 million. Of course OPTIC was full of shit and had nothing near 70 million to give them. The " deal" fell apart. There were alagations of fraud on the part of Optics side of the deal of coures. It was likely nothing but PR bait for lying Roger Pawson to dump another shitload of stock.

OPTI is the very definition of Caveat Emptor.
