.....very misleading, because the corporate tax rate there = 11.5%......but there are HUGE local taxes that make the final corporate income tax rate = 36%...............so if we BLACKMAILED UBS into settling SONTERRA, blackmail bob...............even at $2billies.............UBS would get a tax break of $720mm......a discount, so to speak, BLACKMAIL BOB..............................
