They submitted an IND to the FDA on March 16, 2023 they are overdue to hear back from FDA, any positive news and this goes
On 10/26 there was a SC13G filed for 7.7% or 1.2m shares
At or near bottom, low risk imo, watching for breakout over .15 with sustained vol.
