Trading stocks means buying and selling stocks. That's how it works. You sell if you think you can make more money and get back in at a profit. You buy if you think you can sell at a higher price and take profits. You sell if you think you will have to sell at a lower price if you don't. It's great trading, accumulating free shares, and making money during a recession but it's not easy with all the bearish investors out there and CEO's that prefer to do RS's and pretend it won't hurt shareholder value. So is Max going to raise the AS or do a RS? Because one of the other has to happen soon unless profits start coming in. So if Max was to raise the AS I will add more instantly. But if there is a RS I have to sell all. However if BSR keeps dropping and stays below 250 then I can see profits coming soon. So yes, I am allowed to buy and sell even if I promote the stock.
Also that is why that $472K is important, besides just the CEO's integrity, it's also about having funds to keep the product chain going when higher sales volume come about.
