So he has still not paid the taxes. What a pos he is. Is he smoking up the money? Where are the profits going? It is time for a complaint to the SEC and then maybe a class action.
Why is he in charge?
Who put him in charge?
Where are the Board of Directors?
Why are they allowing this to go on?
Are they in on it?
And before the defenders jump in, a stock is a risk, but a calculated risk. When I buy I know I am taking a risk. Stocks go up or down for various reasons. Fraud should not be one of them.
Where is the Board of Directors, and who are they. They complicit by their inaction.
