The "CASE TERMINATED" for the case you cite was CytoDyn starting a lawsuit to get their data from Amarex that evolved into CytoDyn having to post a bond of $6MM that David Welch posted with all of CytoDyn's IP as collateral. Then Amarex and CytoDyn followed the contractual obligation of their MSA to take the situation to arbitration (AAA). You following that bouncing mookie stick still?

Why? Because Amarex was taking advantage of that chipped-tooth-former-math-teacher-felon and charging him for things they never did per the evidence from the FDA's investigation into Amarex. I wonder who called the FDA on Amarex? Hmmmmmm...someone who found out that millions of dollars charged to CytoDyn never materialized into contracted services? As evidenced by the redacted FDA investigative report into Amarex in my previous steaming pile of knowledge.
